Shortly following law school, Mr. Cha served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. After his clerkship, Mr. Cha joined Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, based in the financial district in New York City, where he had integral roles in criminal and civil DOJ, SEC, and CFTC investigations concerning global financial institutions, major exchanges, and complex financial products. Mr. Cha also focused on numerous civil litigations concerning corporate fiduciary duties, securities fraud, employment, and complex estate matters. He was also a member of Sullivan & Cromwell's cybersecurity practice in advising financial institutions and investment funds. Following his time at Sullivan & Cromwell, Mr. Cha joined Marino, Tortorella & Boyle, P.C., a white-collar defense boutique firm serving New York and New Jersey clients. As part of the firm's select team of lawyers, Mr. Cha worked on a broad range of high-profile criminal and civil litigations in New York, New Jersey, and other jurisdictions for global financial firms, regional businesses, and individuals.
Mr. Cha graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Newark, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. Upon graduation, Mr. Cha was awarded the Law School's Senior Prize, for exhibiting the greatest achievement during his law school career and for exhibiting the greatest promise as a future member of the legal profession. Mr. Cha was also awarded the Leonard Garth Advocacy Award at graduation for excellence in appellate advocacy. In addition, Mr. Cha won the Schildkraut Scholarship Award for appellate advocacy and was awarded the Rutgers-Newark Alumni Association Award for academic performance. During law school, Mr. Cha held positions as the Senior Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review, for which he was selected for publication, and co-Chair of the Rutgers Moot Court Board. He was awarded First Place and the Best Brief Awards at the David Cohn Appellate Competition and holds the achievement of being selected to both Rutgers Law School's National Trial Team and National Appellate Team.

Mr. Petrozziello joins the firm with a wealth of experience in complex litigation matters. After graduating from law school, Mr. Petrozziello clerked for Judge Joseph L. Yannotti of the New Jersey Appellate Division and Justice Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Following his clerkships, Mr. Petrozziello joined the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, a premier law firm with a world-renowned litigation practice. While at Debevoise, Mr. Petrozziello navigated tech startups, multinational healthcare entities, insurers, and financial institutions through bet-the-company litigation. In that capacity, Mr. Petrozziello represented companies in complex contract disputes, trademark actions in federal court and administrative proceedings, mass tort claims, employment and trade secret actions, and in responding to federal and state regulatory requests. In addition, Mr. Petrozziello conducted internal investigations into workplace misconduct and advised the Debevoise Mergers and Acquisitions team regarding litigation risk. Mr. Petrozziello graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Newark, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Petrozziello served as Senior Articles Editor to the Rutgers Law Review, for which he was selected for publication, and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Upon graduation, Mr. Petrozziello received the Rutgers Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award in the category of legal writing.

Mr. Touchstone graduated from Rutgers School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. While attending law school, Mr. Touchstone served as the Senior Notes Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge C. Darnell Jones II, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to and during law school, Mr. Touchstone worked for eight years at a boutique engineering company, where he gained broad manufacturing and shipping experience working in nearly every department during his tenure. Mr. Touchstone balanced these responsibilities with his passion for public interest work, focusing on youth cases for the Rutgers Immigrant Justice Clinic. He also served on the executive board for the Rutgers Association for Public Interest Law.
